You require an account to use ChibiGeo services.

You must be over 18 years of age to use ChibiGeo services.

We reserve the right to change the service or any of its various functionalities at any time.

Your use of the service does not imply any form of partnership or joint venture.

1. Introduction​

ChibiGeo is operated by ZeitFlow UG (haftungsbeschränkt), a company registered in Germany. These Terms & Conditions govern your use of our service. By accessing or using ChibiGeo, you agree to these terms.

2. Subscription Terms​

ChibiGeo operates on an annual subscription model.

Subscriptions renew automatically every 12 months unless canceled before renewal.

Users must cancel at least one month before renewal to avoid being charged for the next period.

3. User Responsibilities​

Users must provide accurate information during registration.

Users must not misuse the service, attempt unauthorized access, or engage in illegal activities.

4. Abuse​

We reserve the right to cancel the account of any user we, at our sole discretion, deem to be abusing our service.

5. Service Availability​

ChibiGeo is provided "as is" without warranties of uninterrupted service.

We are committed to maintaining ChibiGeo and ensuring continued access to your data. Any significant changes to our services will be communicated in advance. If we ever need to discontinue a feature or service, we will provide users with ample notice and ensure they have the ability to export their data within the retention period.

6. Liability Disclaimer​

ChibiGeo strives to provide a reliable service, but we cannot guarantee uninterrupted availability.

We are not responsible for data loss due to factors beyond our control, such as third-party failures or force majeure events.

Users assume responsibility for their data and should regularly export backups.

To the extent permitted by law, ChibiGeo is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our service.

7. Changes to the Terms​

We reserve the right to update these terms and will notify users of major changes.
